HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR WAY IN LIFE?
Consider the words of God as the map for life, because God is not just the starting point of your life, He is the source of it, the Bible explains why we are alive, how life works, what to avoid, and what to expect in the future, you must turn to road map of the world which is the God’s word not the world’s wisdom, you must build your life on eternal truths not people around. Its wisdom spans many centuries, yet millions today find its message as fresh and relevant as ever. They find that its principles work in daily life; in every stage of life. They discover purpose for living.
That purpose gives them hope for now and for the future, even beyond this life. They believe in the Bible.
In seeking for your way in life, consider the Bible’s claims. Again and again, it assures us that it is the pure word from our Maker.
God is not just the starting point of your life; He is the source of it.
What are your needs? There are many reasons for taking the Bible seriously. Mostly what Jesus says. Among them is its practical wisdom for successful living.
WHAT IS YOUR NEEDS? Need for love: - See John 3:16 which says, for God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Also in Galatians 2:20 Paul says that, I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ live in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Need for family: - Have a look at Ephesians 2:19, it says, consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household.
Need for life: - See John 10:10, Jesus says, The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. Again in John 11: 25, Jesus said to her (Martha) I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies.
Need for health: - See James 5:13–15 which says that is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.
All your needs :- Read 2nd Corinthians 9 : 8 – 9 says, and God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: He has scattered abroad His gifts to the poor; His righteousness endures forever. Read also Philippians 4:19, Paul adds, and my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
AS WE FOLLOW THE MAP FOR LIFE.
They call us Christians. Within, we ne to cheer us on, to lead us, to pick us up when we fall. Christ Jesus knew we should not be alone. He planned a support group and called it the church. We need to find a group of Christians that base on the truth words of God not tales, that meet together on a regular basis. A place where we feel comfortable, a place to belong and a place to grow. Read Hebrews 10:25, it says, let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another-- and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Read also Colossians 3:16, let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.
